Add a transaction
- Tap the “+” button at the center of the bottom bar.
- Free users get the manual form; Premium users can choose AI capture (snap a receipt or paste a statement).
- Pick the wallet, enter the amount, choose a category, and add an optional note.
- Tap Save. The transaction appears instantly and syncs in the background.
Create a budget
- Open the Insights tab and GroFunds analyzes your spending and proposes a budget.
- Budget recommendations come from your real cashflow and are a Premium feature.
- Review the suggested amounts per category and adjust any that don’t fit.
- Glint will flag when you’re trending over budget for the month.
Add a wallet
- Go to Home and open the Wallets section, then tap Add Wallet.
- Name it (e.g. Checking, Cash, Visa), choose a type and currency.
- Optionally set it as your default wallet, so new transactions open with the default selected.
- Tap Save. You can edit or delete a wallet later from its detail screen.
Import a CSV
- Export a CSV from your bank or another app.
- In GroFunds, open Settings → Data → Import CSV (Premium).
- GroFunds parses the file and shows a summary preview before anything is saved.
- Confirm to import. It is safe against duplicates: each import is tracked so you can import again without doubling up.
Export your data
- Open Settings → Data → Export CSV.
- GroFunds generates a CSV of all your transactions.
- Share or save it via the system share sheet. This is available to all users.
Manage your subscription
- GroFunds Premium is billed through Play Store.
- Open the Play Store → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select GroFunds to change your plan, switch monthly/annual, or cancel.
- Cancelling keeps Premium active until the end of the current billing period.
Delete your account
- Open Settings and choose Delete Account.
- Confirm, and this permanently removes your account and financial data.
- Prefer email? Write to privacy@grofunds.app from your account address.
- See the Data Deletion page for exactly what is removed and what may be retained.
