Is GroFunds free?

Yes. The core app is free, including wallets, transactions, transfers, history, and your income and expense breakdown. Premium unlocks AI parsing, forecasts, risk and budget plans, goals, shared workspaces, and CSV import and export, with a free trial that runs 30 days.

Does GroFunds connect to my bank?

Never, and it never will. The app will never ask for your bank login or banking credentials. You add money manually, by snapping receipts, or by importing a CSV export from your bank or another app.

How does the AI work?

AI is used only to read and word things, like parsing receipts, categorizing merchants, and explaining your numbers in plain language. All balances, forecasts, and risk scores are calculated by deterministic code on our servers, not by AI.

Is my financial data safe?

Your data is encrypted in transit, protected by secure authentication, and access is controlled per workspace. We collect the minimum needed to run the app and never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Can I use GroFunds with my partner or family?

Yes. Shared workspaces let you track money together with synced wallets and transactions, and each member gets their own plan. This is a Premium feature.

How do I cancel or delete my account?

Manage your subscription anytime in Play Store. To delete your account and data, use the in-app option in Settings, or follow the steps on our Data Deletion page.

Is GroFunds available on iOS?

GroFunds launches on Android first. iOS is on the roadmap and will use the same account and data.
